Tasting notes
Vibrant aromas of lemon and nectarine, complemented by honeyed richness and lively citrus charm. On the palate: fresh, silky and beautifully balanced.
Vinification
Hand- and machine-harvested grapes fermented in stainless steel at 15-16°C for two to three weeks. A portion of the wine was transferred to French oak barrels to complete fermentation and mature on the lees; another portion remained unwooded.
Ageing
Around 8 months on the lees in French oak; 10% of the blend remained unwooded.
Food pairing
Thai and Asian-inspired dishes, smoked salmon, grilled fish, creamy pastas, savoury tarts and quiches.
