Job applications: your name, email, the text of your application and — at your choice — a CV. Used solely to assess the possibility of working together, and kept for up to 6 months after receipt unless a hire follows. Wine-list review: your contact details and the wine-list file you send us — solely so we can review it and reply with a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The site uses no cookies at all — neither our own nor advertising or tracking ones, which is why there is no cookie banner. We use browser local storage only for functionality (age confirmation, your wine selection) — that data never leaves your device and is not sent to us. News videos load via youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
