Tasting notes
Clean, bright yellow colour with green tints. Soft notes of pineapple and peach with a light touch of butter and bread crust from malolactic fermentation in French oak. On the palate: balanced acidity with gentle sweetness and a juicy, aromatic finish.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested to avoid crushing the berries. Gentle pressing and clean fermentation at 12-14°C. Blending takes place before the first winter, and the wine is cold-stabilised before bottling.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Food pairing
Soft, creamy cheeses, pasta with vegetable sauces, fish such as sea bass, and seafood like oysters.
