Tasting notes
Red cherry sits at the core, supported by milk chocolate and dried herb notes. Blueberry and damson plum emerge, alongside a gentle violet perfume and an earthy note reminiscent of rain on soil. On the palate: refined and moreish, with bright red fruit balanced by natural acidity, and a savoury, refreshing finish.
Vinification
The grapes come from gnarled old bush vines with an average age of 75 years. 75% of the blend was matured for 10 months in seasoned French oak.
