Tasting notes
Intense citrus aromas with delicate herbal hints reminiscent of green chili pepper. On the palate: vibrant and refreshing, with balanced acidity and a persistent, fruity finish.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and gently crushed. The must is cooled to 10°C before pressing; only free-run juice is used. Fermentation at controlled temperatures between 14-16°C.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Food pairing
Ideal as an aperitif. Fresh seafood, ceviche, white fish, salads, and light dishes featuring fresh herbs.
