Tasting notes
Aromatically dominated by red and black fruits and spices reminiscent of pepper. On the palate: soft tannins and depth, making this wine easy to drink and versatile with food.
Vinification
Grapes harvested in May are destemmed and crushed; alcoholic fermentation begins at 25-28°C with open pump-overs. Once complete, the wine is racked and the pomace pressed.
Ageing
Ageing potential: 5 years.
