Tasting notes
Tropical aromas unfolding into flavours of fig, blackcurrant, passionfruit and golden delicious apple, balanced by gentle citrus notes of lemon and lime. On the palate: succulent and refreshing, with a rounded finish.
Vinification
Hand-harvested early in the morning. After one hour of skin contact, the free-run juice was clarified and cold-fermented in stainless steel at 15°C for two weeks.
Ageing
3 months on the fine lees in stainless steel.
Food pairing
Moroccan chicken and couscous salad, chicken skewers in satay sauce, or a classic Quiche Lorraine.
