Tasting notes
Medium-intensity golden yellow. Great aromatic expression, with notes of tropical fruit, pineapple and grapefruit intertwined with hints of vanilla and butter. On the palate: rich, full-bodied texture with excellent volume, juiciness and freshness.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with lees contact.
Ageing
On the fine lees in stainless steel for several months before bottling.
Food pairing
Fish served with seafood sauce or brown butter, sauteed scallops, and lobster.
