The story of Due Palme is the story of a dream — the vision of a man, the third generation of a winemaking family, who inherited the family winery and poured his energy and devotion into his land. Founded in 1989, Cantina Due Palme has become a leading producer of Salento's most typical varieties — Primitivo, Negroamaro and Susumaniello — combining tradition with advanced technology. Every stage of production in the winery, from ageing to the bottling line, is subject to strict quality control. Due Palme wines carry an important phrase on their back labels: "integralmente prodotto" (produced in its entirety) — two words that assure the consumer the wine is fully traceable at every stage of its life and made to a high standard. Thanks to their strategic vision and gentle practices in the vineyards and the cellar, Due Palme have built a strong and trusted reputation, producing wines that please both wine lovers and critics. A key feature of the vineyards is the alberello training system (literally "little tree"). This traditional method of vine growing yields highly concentrated, complex fruit. Cantina Due Palme stands for many achievements in Puglia and is an important testament to the region, its history and its culture.
