In the words of Vianney Castan: "I didn't inherit vineyards from my family, but I did inherit their devotion to good wine. I started with what I knew best: making wine, drinking it and talking about it. We are creators." That was in 2007 — but 100 years earlier, in 1907, Vianney's great-grandfather, who lived in the small village of Lansargues in the Languedoc, had begun producing his own wine. The many awards it received testify to the quality of his production. His wines were his pride and joy, and he devoted all his energy to the craft.
