Tasting notes
Spicy, jammy, and bold, Diamond Collection Zinfandel is rich with ripe red fruit flavors, bold tannins, and notes of spice. During harvest, we ran micro-ferments to assess for quality, and found that the 2020 vintage Diamond Zinfandel is tasting exceptional!
Vinification
During the grape harvest, small amounts of juice are micro- fermented to assess quality.
Ageing
12 months in American and French oak.
Food pairing
Pairs well with steak and burgers.
