Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour. Intense aromas of white flowers and tropical notes. An intense fruity flavour, great structure and richness, creating a balance of complexity, elegance and fullness. Soft and fruity on the palate.
Vinification
Harvest is carried out when perfect maturation is achieved. Grapes are then pressed, clarified at low temperatures and fermented at 14-15°C for around 15 days.
Ageing
In stainless steel tank at a constant low temperature before bottling.
Food pairing
Delicious with fish courses, appetizers and white meats.
