Tasting notes

Vinification
Delicate pressing. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of approximately 18°C in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.

A versatile companion to light appetizers, delicate fish dishes, pasta with light sauces, and white meats. Also an excellent aperitif.
