Tasting notes
A delicate aroma of flowers, honey and lemon intertwine in an elegant harmony. Fresh and balanced, honey, lemon and vanilla are once again noticeable on the palate.
Vinification
Slow alcoholic fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 16°C.
Ageing
4 months on the fine lees in stainless steel vats.
Food pairing
Salads, fine fish, white meats. An excellent aperitif as well.
