Tasting notes
Deep ruby red colour with garnet tinges. Intense and stylish with pleasant hints of red berries, Mediterranean spices and herbs. Warming, well-rounded on the palate with good structure and perfect balance.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation, followed by maceration at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C for about 12-15 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in glass-lined concrete vats.
Ageing
Refined in the bottle.
Food pairing
Pasta or rice dishes and rich meat and vegetable dishes from the Sardinian and Mediterranean food traditions, as well as medium and mature cheeses.
