A ruby red colour. On the nose: lovely peppery notes and juicy black fruit flavours. Succulent, round and juicy on the palate with velvety tannins and a pleasant fruity finish.

Vinification takes place in stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
In stainless steel tank at a constant low temperature before bottling.

Ideal with roasted meat, pasta dishes and cheeses.
