Tasting notes
Straw yellow with a delicate greenish hue. Fresh acidity with a lovely spectrum of varietal aromas – grapefruit citrus, ripe tropical fruit, and delicate floral-herbal notes. On the palate: lean, crisp and fresh, with a full body and confidently aromatic character.
Vinification
The grapes are sourced from hilly terrains. They are then pressed, followed by 10 days of fermentation at 16–19°C.
Ageing
Stored in stainless steel tanks for 3–6 months before bottling.
Food pairing
Extremely versatile at the table – pairs beautifully with creamy pastas and risottos, fish-based dishes, soft and creamy cheeses, and seafood.
