Tasting notes
Bright yellow colour with light green hues. Expressive nose with aromas of green herbs, tropical and stone fruits, with characteristic salty and flinty notes. Full, rich palate with good structure and perfect balance of minerality, high acidity and alcohol. Complex and long finish.
Vinification
Classic white fermentation in tank. Fermentation at 16–18°C.
Ageing
In stainless-steel tanks with the fine lees and battonage for 4 months.
Food pairing
Outstanding with seafood dishes, grilled vegetables, fish, pasta and fresh or riper cheeses.
