Tasting notes
Varietal aromas of sour cherries, blackberries, blackcurrant and blueberries, enriched by hints of caramel. Fresh and structured on the palate, with a long and appetizing finish.
Vinification
Fermented in 20-ton stainless steel tanks with delicate pumping over six times a day. Cold maceration for nearly 6 days. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels follows.
Ageing
18 months in American and French oak (18% new).
Food pairing
Grilled meat with toasted bread.
