Tasting notes
Dark red in colour. The bouquet has an intense scent of ripe fruits and notes of cherries and strawberries. Full-bodied and slightly tannic.
Vinification
This wine is made from grapes that grow in clay and calcareous soils in the Puglia region. The sea is not far from the vineyards and the sunny location of this country is guaranteed.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Perfect for the next barbecue or garden party, this wine goes well with grilled meat or vegetables. Also a great accompaniment to strong antipasti, a salami platter or spicy pasta.
