Tasting notes
A marvellous, bright straw-yellow colour. The nose reveals citrus notes like citron, as well as hints of green apple and pear. Floral notes include wisteria, chamomile, lily and gorse. Finally, there is a delicate sensation of exotic fruit, like pineapple. On the palate, it is beautifully fresh with a splendid mineral quality. This exceptionally balanced wine is fresh and fulfilling, with tastes and smells that correspond beautifully.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested with the utmost care and attention. The care taken in the vineyard and subsequent processing at the cellar helped to ensure outstanding quality. The pressing cycles were selected to ensure gentle extraction of the musts. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and, partially, in French oak barriques, all at controlled temperature.
Ageing
In bottle for several months.
Food pairing
Excellent as an aperitif, with vegetarian antipasti or seafood.
