Tasting notes
A brilliant straw yellow colour precedes delicate aromas of white fruit, particularly apple, and delicious, balanced flavours on the palate.
Vinification
This elegant Soave Classico is made from hand-harvested, gently-pressed grapes. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Perfect with appetizers, lighter meats and fish. Serve at 8-10°C.
