Light pink colour with coppery reflections. Gentle fruity bouquet with fresh aromas of juicy red berries and citrus fruits. The fruity notes continue on the palate. Crisp freshness on the finish.

Fermentation in stainless steel tank at a controlled low temperature after a short maceration on the skins.
Ageing
In stainless steel tank at a constant low temperature before bottling.
Food pairing
Excellent as an aperitif, but also a wonderful accompaniment to shrimp, chicken and risotto.
