Tasting notes
Pale straw with green hues. Intense aromas of fresh lemons, grapefruit and limes with floral notes and a hint of fine dried herbs. On the palate: a long, rich flavour of lemons, limes and fresh rosemary, with soft natural acidity and minerality.

Wild fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
