Tasting notes
Complex, precise and pure. Beautiful mineral tension underpinned by notes of citrus fruits, chalk and candied lemon, followed by delicate roasted notes. Persistent and saline finish.
Vinification
Blend of 50-55% Chardonnay, 30-35% Pinot Noir and 20-25% Meunier. 30-35% reserve wines used in the blend.
Ageing
6 years ageing on lees. Dosage: 0 g/l.
Food pairing
Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with oysters, seafood, sushi and fresh goat cheese.
