Tasting notes
Beautiful amber colour. Complex aroma of nuts, dried and baked fruits, apple confit. The taste gradually reveals apple and apricot seeds, delicately complemented by vanilla and oily tones. The body is intense and balanced with a long, elegant finish.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place with the berries without the addition of cultured yeast and sulphites. Maceration after fermentation for 5 months.
Ageing
In oak barrels.
Food pairing
Great as an aperitif, as well as with spicy foods or desserts.
