Tasting notes
Clear, gold-yellow colour. A pronounced and intense nose - fruity (pear, apricot, peach). On the palate: fresh, and buttery with hints of vanilla, full bodied, multy-layerd, mineral, again fruity with a salty, long finish.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in barriques.
Ageing
Maturation on the lees in barriques (approximately 11 months).
Food pairing
All types of seafood, white meat and poultry.
