Tasting notes
Beautiful lemon-yellow colour with golden highlights. Rich nose with aromas of citrus and exotic fruits. Medium body - fresh and fruity with a pleasant attack. The finish is citrusy and medium-long.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. This is followed by a vacuum distillation at a low temperature to separate the alcohol.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Excellent in combination with a variety of foods and all occasions that require non-alcoholic wine.
