Tasting notes
Pale lemon colour. On the nose: white peach, pineapple, green apple, and grapefruit. On the palate: fresh and juicy with a creamy texture and lively acidity.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C for about 15 days.
Ageing
4 months in stainless steel tanks on the lees for, followed by several months in bottle.
Food pairing
Pairs well with seafood dishes like spaghetti with clams, fried fish, and raw fish, but also poultry, appetizers, young cheeses, and spicy ethnic cuisine.
