Tasting notes
Notably deep cherry red in colour with a violet rim. Predominant among its frank, intense aromas are hints of vanilla and coconut thanks to its ageing in oak. Full of flavour, lively, well-structured and long with intense aromas in the mouth.
Vinification
Cold maceration prior to fermentation. Fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.
Ageing
Aged for 12 months in French (50%) and American oak (50%) barrels.
Food pairing
Roasted or grilled red meats, casseroles and cured cheeses.
