Tasting notes
Golden yellow colour with beautiful hues. The nose is saturated with earthly notes and aromas of yellow fruit - apple, pear and quince. On the palate, one finds honey and ripe yellow fruits again. Slightly bitter finish with medium length.
Vinification
Slow pneumatic pressing, static racking. Fermentation in thermo-regulated tuns for one to four months.
Ageing
Matured on lees during six to eight months.
Food pairing
French cuisine, game, white meats with mushroom sauces.
