Tasting notes
Light golden colour. Fresh and mineral aroma. An ethereal elegant wine with a rich fruity and refreshing finish.
Vinification
The cold clarified juice ferments at a temperature of 14 – 16°C for about a month.
Ageing
Ages on the fine lees for about 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Excellent with a variety of dishes - seafood, appetizers and salads.
