Tasting notes
Pale pink colour. Fruity nose - cherry, peach, lemon. Refreshing, fruity and delicate rose, born from the volcanic soils around the Struma River.
Vinification
The cold clarified juice ferments at a temperature of 14 – 16°C.
Ageing
Ages on the fine lees for about 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Excellent with a variety of dishes – appetizers, pasta, pizza and barbecue.
