Tasting notes
Brilliant straw yellow with a green shimmer. Quite pronounced and expressive aroma with flowery and spicy notes. Lively, precise, with a slight smokiness at the back and a good, fresh finish.
Vinification
Fermentation under temperature control, in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
Maturation on the lees in stainless steel tanks (for at least 4 months).
Food pairing
As an aperitif or with starters (both fish or meat), pates and terrines.
