Tasting notes
Brilliant, clear lemon colour with green hues. Delicate aroma, pronounced bouquet, youthful, fruity (apple, pear, citrus) and floral character. On the palate: light to medium bodied, well- balanced, fruity, fresh and dry.
Vinification
Fermentation under temperature control, in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
Maturation on the lees in stainless steel tanks (for approximately 4 months).
Food pairing
Starters, salads, asparagus, all kind of seafood and pasta dishes.
