Tasting notes
Red-black with deep dark tints. Small black fruits, liquorice, roasted notes and oriental spices — powerful and intense. On the palate: a powerful attack with an important tannic structure, rich and concentrated. Fully expressive of the terroir, with a rare intensity of flavour and colour.
Vinification
Thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Continuous pumping over. Alcoholic fermentation with a minimum four-week maceration.
Ageing
40 months in new oak.

A wine for exceptional dishes — feathered game such as pheasant and partridge, hare, and rich slow-cooked meats.
