Tasting notes
Garnet colour with a ruby shimmer. A pronounced bouquet, fruity (red and black berries), spice (pepper) and flintstone. Medium bodied, savoury -fruity, lively and with silky tannins.
Vinification
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
Ageing
Malolactic fermentation and maturation take place in small casks of 225, 300 and 500 litres for approximately 18 months.
Food pairing
White and red meat, most cheeses.
