Tasting notes
Brilliant, pale yellow colour with greenish hues. Aromas of flowers, freshly picked herbs, apple, citrus and tropical fruits. Fresh, rounded body with elegant structure. The taste is dominated by yellow apple and grapefruit. Pleasant, fruity and fresh finish.
Vinification
Slow alcoholic fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 16°C.
Ageing
4 months on the fine lees in stainless steel vats.
Food pairing
Pairs well with salads with lemon dressing, appetizers, seafood, fine fish, white meat.
