Tasting notes
Pale misty pink colour. Intense freshness framed by fresh fruit aromas, mainly ripe strawberry and cherry. Lively in acidity but with perfect harmony at the end that leaves a sweet fruity aftertaste that lasts.
Vinification
Skin contact in the press for 1-2 hours. Controlled fermentation at 14 to 19 C, stirring of the fine lees.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks before bottling.
Food pairing
Perfect as an aperitif, with pasta, cured meats, white and red grilled meats, as well as delicately flavored cheeses.
