Tasting notes
Ruby red colour with violet tinges. Intense, persistent perfume with clear notes of ripe fruit and jam. Full, harmonious and warm, with persistent fruity notes on the palate.
Vinification
Fermentation and maceration in conditions of controlled temperature, for an average period of 10-12 days. Transfer to cement tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
In oak barriques and in bottle before release.
Food pairing
Grilled tuna, roasted meat and mature cheeses.
