Tasting notes
Wine with a dark ruby colour. Fruit nose. Juicy and harmonious body with pleasant freshness for red wine in combination with rich taste and pleasant, soft tannins. Fruit finale.
Vinification
Classic vinification technology - crushing, fermentation at controlled temperature, pressing and malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
Ages on the fine lees for about 6 months. Part of the wine is aged in oak barrels.
Food pairing
Excellent with a variety of dishes – cured meats, pasta, pizza and barbeque.
