Tasting notes
Consistent straw yellow colour. Complex nose with dominant floral vegetal notes - acacia and honey. enriched by delicate vanilla notes. On the palate the wine is spicy with good structure. A wine meant for ageing.
Vinification
Temperature controlled fermentation at 16 to 18°C.
Ageing
Long ageing in second use oak barrels.

Spicy starters, fish, garlicky dishes and cheeses.
