Tasting notes
Pale pink, Provence colour. Powerful, expressive and captivating nose with hints of lychee, white peach and mango. Elegant, juicy and fresh body with extremely fruity character. The finish is long, fresh and fruity.
Vinification
The grapes are picked at night to preserve the delicate aromas. This is followed by a brief contact with the skins and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine spends a short time on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Great as an aperitif, as well as with appetizers, salads, vegetables and grilled meats, pasta and even oriental cuisine. Enjoy it chilled on the ski slopes or under an umbrella on the beach - a truly memorable rose!
