Tasting notes
A pale pink-salmon colour. Aromas of citrus fruits (pink grapefruit), berries, cherries and strawberries. On the palate: rich and well-structured with good acidity and an aromatic finish of sour cherries.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18°C.
Ageing
The wine remains in contact with its primary lees for a few months, gaining in body and structure before bottling.
Food pairing
Lobster pasta, shrimp saganaki with tomato, minced meat pasta, stews, summer Mediterranean flavours and exotic cuisines.
