Tasting notes
Velvety ruby red colour. Elegant and harmonious on the nose with hints of toast. Rounded and concentrated on the palate with delightfully soft, velvety tannins. On the finish, the wine is balanced with persistent fruit.
Vinification
100% destemmed and sorted grapes. Slow maceration (15 to 20 days) at a temperature of 28°C to 33°C. No filtration.
Ageing
Partially matured in French oak barrels for 8 to 9 months.
Food pairing
Ideal for friendly or romantic dinners. Splendid with meats and rich sauces.
