Tasting notes
Nose: grapefruit leads into lime with a trace of nettle orange blossom. Palate: nicely textured juicy entry with an abundance of fruit including mandarin and gooseberry, lime and green apple. This is a bright wine with a lingering finish.
Vinification
The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed. The juice ferments at controlled cool temperatures.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
An attractive aperitif. Also goes well with light dishes: salads, seafood, lighter meats and pastas.
