Tasting notes
Deep golden colour. On the nose: intense aromas of white flowers, citrus, and apricot. On the palate these aromas persist, enriched by pleasant minerality. The wine is full-bodied, with vibrant acidity and a long, persistent and aromatic finish.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. No malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
8 months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks and 9 months in bottle before release.
Food pairing
Perfect with seafood, pasta dishes, and vegetarian cuisine.
