Tasting notes
The colour is deep purple with intense purplish reflections. The nose mixes fresh red and black fruits with spicy notes of cinnamon and liquorice. The mouth, supple and structured, benefits from pretty coated tannins elegantly married to the aromatic already perceived on the nose: fruits, spices and liquorice persistence.
Vinification
The vinification is traditional with two weeks maceration. Extraction takes place gently throughout the controlled fermentation at less than 28° C. The suppleness and fruity aromas are sought after.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Syrah Elegance goes perfectly with exotic dishes, but also braised ham, free-range chicken and all your grills. Serve at 16 - 18°C.
