Tasting notes
Beautiful clear colour, nose of violets, citrus fruits and peach blossom. The aromatic power of Syrah blends ideally with the sweet fruity and floral notes of Grenache, resulting in a subtle wine that will transport you to the South of France, where it originates.
Vinification
After pressing in an inert atmosphere, the vinification of the musts is carried out in total protection against oxidation. Fermentation is carried out at low temperature (16°C) to preserve the delicate aromas, and the use of specific yeasts offers great aromatic finesse.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Excellent as an aperitif or with grilled fish and meats. It will prove ideal with exotic delicately spiced dishes. Serve at 10 - 12°C.
