Tasting notes
Elegant pearls. Pale lemon colour. Intense on the nose with the typical for the variety aromas and fruity character - peaches, apples and lemons. Excellent freshness and pleasant bubbles until the end.
Vinification
Vinication of the base wine takes place in stainless steel. During fermentation the tank is chilled to help stop the fermentation process early and preserve the residual sugar. Alcohol removal process through vacuum distillation. Bar Pressure: 4.5 – 5 bar.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with salads, seafood, light meals and some lighter desserts.
